Embrace is a campaign for a Mother’s Right to Privacy to relinquish their infant baby to an organization in conjunction with State’s Safe Haven laws.

Objective
To promote establishments to become an Embrace organization. Embrace organizations state that neither the establishment nor its staff will give out any information of mothers (or persons acting on mothers behalf) that decide to relinquish their newborn baby. The organization will embrace the child with a “no questions asked, no information given” policy.

Purpose
Embrace is a Non-profit organization that helps educate and promote public awareness of their state’s laws of abortion and abortion alternatives including child-relinquishment and adoption placement. Embrace is a Pro-Life coalition and campaign for abortion alternatives.

Embrace is also a campaign to expand “Safe Haven” laws across America. Embrace campaigns for mothers across America to be able to anonymously relinquish their infant baby within the first 30 days of birth without any legal ramifications to any government or state ran organization including but not limited to hospitals, police and fire stations, community and youth outreach centers in addition to any non-profit religious organization including churches, synagogues, and temples.

Embrace also defers all news media from reporting any and all stories relating to child-relinquishment. This is in an attempt to allow mothers to know that by relinquishing their baby to an Embrace establishment there will be no news media coverage and “no questions asked.” Any and all information given will be completely of the mother’s discretion.

Embrace Organizations will:
• Not Ask Questions
• Not Release any information given (i.e. description of mother, security tapes, video, pictures)
• Will Not Contact the Media (local or any entity)
• Do Nothing Embrace the Child
